Where do you ship to?
We post our prints all over the world, however we only post framed prints within the United Kingdom, delivered by courier with tracking. We do not send framed prints out of the UK.
For remote addresses please be aware that an additional delivery charge maybe occurred for deliveries made by our preferred courier DHL. We will advise before shipping.
Will I pay extra taxes and customs charges, outside the UK?
With the resent departure of the UK from the EU please be aware when ordering from outside the UK that you may be required to pay additional taxes/custom fees/duties.
As of 1st July 2021 EU customers may have to pay import VAT and a handling fee in the destination country before they can receive their parcel. Buyers are responsible for these and would be charged by the local postal service or by our favored courier DHL on delivery. Taxes and duty does not typically apply on goods where the value exceeds £135 or €150.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We do our best to get your orders to you as fast as possible.
Poster sizes A5, A4 and A3 are kept in stock (unless otherwise advised) and sent via UK Royal Mail Tracked 48 domestic service. International order are sent via Royal Mail International service with tracking.
Larger size posters are printed to order which can take 1-3 working days and are sent via courier with tracking. Delivery times are surprisingly quick especially to international destinations, but times do vary from a few days to a week.
Framed prints are made to order and can take 1-5 working days depending on the size ordered. Framed prints are only available in the UK, we do not send overseas.
Please be aware of postage times before ordering. Overseas orders can be held up in customs which is beyond our control.

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 1-3 weeks

Can I track my order?
Our A5, A4 and A3 prints are posted via Royal Mail 48 Tracked or International Delivery service with tracking. Larger prints are sent by courier and have tracking so your order can by traced.
Can I order a print in a size not already available?
The smallest print we offer is our A5 mini prints (selected prints only), and the maximum is A0 or equivalent. If you require any sizes between these, please get in touch for a quote. Please note costs may be higher for bespoke sizes. We do not offer postcard sizes.
Can you custom or personalise designs?
Yes, we can customise and personalise a selection of our designs or create something new especially for you. Please contact us for a quote at enquiries@artofadventure.co.uk
Do you have any other designs?
The full collection is available on the website. If you have a suggestion, they will be added to a list and if enough people ask, then it will be created. New designs are added to the website when created.
How big are the framed prints you sell?
We offer three framed options and larger bespoke sizes are quoted on request. The size is the complete, whole frame including print, mount (where applicable) and edge of frame:
A5 framed print 18 (W) x 24 (H) cm or 7 x 9.5 inches
A4 framed print 32 (W) x 42 (H) cm or 8.3 x 11.7 inches
A3 framed print 42 (W) x 52 (H) cm or 11.7 x 16.5 inches
Any framing recommendations?
The majority of our posters come with a white boarder but look great when framed with a white mount. We sell all our designs already framed in a selection of sizes (available in the UK only), ready to hang on the wall, alternatively a large selection of frames are available online from Amazon and other retailers. Our unframed prints do not come with mounts.
For poster sizes A2 and upwards we would recommend they are framed professionally. With larger posters they can sag and ripple over time if not framed correctly. We advise sticking prints to a 3-5mm adhesive backed foam core before framing, keeping them ripple free.
Are your products environmentally friendly?
We try our best to reduce the impact of making and selling our products on the environment. These are some of the steps we take:
1, Our pictures are printed on FSC Certified paper. This means that the wood used in making the paper and the manufacturer met the requirements of the Forest Stewardship Council.
2, Our pictures are sold in sleeves made from corn starch and are bio-degradable (UK only). The backing card is made from recycled paper.
3, Our prints are professionally printed locally, only 7 miles down the road to reduce carbon emissions.
4, Our UK orders are posted in tubes which are plastic free. Courier and overseas orders require stronger packaging, so conventional tubes are used.
5, We recycle any paper waste, reduce and reuse what we can.
